Our team members are passionate and highly trained in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and its principles and practices, are board certified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and/or have extensive experience in the field. In addition, our team members continue to participate in professional development on a consistent basis to obtain the most updated information and practices on autism and ABA.

Yue Li, M.S., BCBA: Director

Yue Li, M.S., BCBA, the Director and founder of CARE, Inc., is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who specializes in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the treatment of individuals with exceptional needs. She holds a master’s of science degree in psychology, option in Applied Behavior Analysis and certifications in both autism and ABA in educational settings from California State University of Los Angeles. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of education, special education and autism. Mrs. Li has worked with both the public sector (school districts), private sectors, and understands the unique needs of school districts, regional centers and families. Moreover, Yue Li has extensive experience in creating and providing professional training in autism and ABA strategies.

Yue Li comes from a diverse background and is bilingual; speaking both Chinese and English. She was born in China and understands the role of cultural diversity and sensitivity in the field of special education since she has a personal connection in having a family member with unique needs. Yue Li truly understands and supports the education of our greater community in autism and in providing quality comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis services to meet the needs of individuals and families with dealing with special needs. She believes in enabling all individuals with disabilities to have the opportunity to access and express their freedoms to live fulfilling quality lives through the application of ABA.
