Description
- Implement adaptive skills training in consumer’s home/community under the direction of the Consultant of Adaptive Skills
- Collects, maintains, summarizes and records organized data regarding the consumer’s program goals
- Collaborate with other team members on program, implements necessary changes/revisions to the consumer’s program as established by the Team Supervisor
Qualifications
- Motivated, professional, creative, positive, reliable, and caring individual with effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in related field (special education, psychology, social work, counseling, education, child development)
- Background and TB clearance
- Willingness to commute to different locations to provide services
- At least 1.0 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or with children
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Communicates effectively in English (oral and written)
- Able to lift and carry objects/consumer up to 50 lbs; able to provide physical support as needed to consumers up to 100 lbs
- Ability to kneel, bend, push, pull, sit for an extended period of time (at least one hour)

Qualifications

- Completion of bachelor’s degree in Psychology or in a related field with at least 12 units in Applied Behavior Analysis or master’s degree in a related field
- At least 1.0 year of experience in behavior intervention, or utilizing behavior Principles working with individuals with disabilities or with children
- Previous training in a lead position preferred

Qualification

- Completed Bachelor’s degree in related field (special education, psychology, social work, counseling, education, child development) and 12 units of Applied Behavior Analysis or at least 2.0 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services using Applied Behavior Analysis
- Completed Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (Minimum of 12 semester units completed in Applied Behavior Analysis)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Background and TB clearance
- Has implemented PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), DTT (Discrete Trial Training), PRT (Pivotal Response Training), and or other ABA based programs

Qualifications
